Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Click Rise Lab, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and growth services. Because our work involves extensive strategy, labor, and time allocation from the moment a contract is signed, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Service Cancellations

Monthly retainer agreements (such as SEO, Paid Media Management, or Social Media Management) require a written notice of cancellation. Unless specifically noted otherwise in your contract, a 30-day written notice is required to terminate monthly services without penalty.

If notice is given less than 30 days before the next billing cycle, the client will be billed for that upcoming cycle, and services will be rendered until the end of that period.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing, the following services are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced:

• Setup fees and initial strategy development.
• Media spend paid directly to ad networks (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Custom content creation, branding, and copywriting that has been delivered.
• Website development or landing page design once the project phase has been approved.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If an accidental duplicate payment is processed.
• If Click Rise Lab is completely unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen internal circumstances.

Please note that poor performance of an ad campaign due to market variables does not qualify for a refund, as marketing inherently involves testing and optimization.

4. Project Holds and Pauses

If a client wishes to pause a project, they must provide written notice. Accounts can be paused for a maximum of 30 days without penalty. Extended pauses may result in a reactivation fee or project reassessment.
