Click Rise Lab provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising (PPC), Brand Strategy, and Lead Generation.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate mutual agreement or Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful campaign execution, the client agrees to:

• Provide necessary access to platforms (website CMS, ad accounts, social media profiles).
• Supply accurate business information and required brand assets in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.

4. Payments and Billing

All services are billed as outlined in the client's specific proposal or contract. Invoices are generally due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Click Rise Lab reserves the right to pause services in the event of late or non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables (ad creatives, copy, graphics) created specifically for the client become the property of the client. Click Rise Lab retains the right to use performance data and creative assets in portfolios and case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prevents it.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Click Rise Lab utilizes industry best practices to achieve positive results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales volumes, or metrics due to the unpredictable nature of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta algorithms). Click Rise Lab shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement under the conditions specified within the specific client contract, typically requiring a 30-day written notice.
